Former Louisville talk show host John Ziegler was fired recently from KFI Radio in Los Angeles. Just as he did when he was forced out in Louisville, Ziegler is now lashing out at his former bosses and co-workers.
Ziegler has posted the website The Real KFI .com to tell his story.
This bug-eyed rant is amazingly similar to the outlandish charges Ziegler lobbed at WHAS Radio management and me personally after his departure from Louisville.
As I've said in the past, I think John Ziegler is a marvelous on-air talent. He just doesn't know how to conduct himself the other 21 hours of the day.

LAUGHING ALL THE WAY TO THE BANKS OF THE OHIO

Another comedy club is coming to Louisville. Owners of Zanies Comedy Nightclubs are working out details with local developers to install a new club here.
Zanies clubs are known for booking top name standup acts and hosting cameos by major comedians who drop in unannounced.
The Zanies management also holds the contract on Bob & Tom's Comedy Tour shows, which receive abundant free plugs on the nationally syndicated radio show.
The added competition will increase pressure on Tom Sobel's Comedy Caravan club to sharpen its focus. The Mid City Mall comedy showplace has been manuevering through some rough waters for the past few years.
Comedians who've performed at Comedy Caravan will now be under pressure to take the stage at Zanies instead. One comic requesting anonymity said Zanies can book him for 30 weeks a year while Comedy Caravan can only book him for a few weeks per year.
Zanies operates three clubs in the Chicago area and has a massively successful outlet in Nashville.
